As-Built Construction Scanning

Sub-centimetre verification of what was actually built, against what was actually drawn.

As-Built Construction Scanning

Flown low and slow with a high-resolution camera, giving a model detailed enough that small setting-out errors show up clearly instead of disappearing into the noise.

The survey is tied to your project control rather than a national grid, so the model lands in the same coordinate system your site engineers are already working in and nobody has to convert anything.

Progress, not just geometry

Repeat captures on the same plan give you structure-by-structure progress, temporary works and material staging on a common frame. Every survey is comparable because every survey is flown identically.

What it will not do

An aerial capture sees the top and the outside. Undersides, service voids and anything beneath a completed slab need a ground-based scanner, and we will say so rather than sell you a flight that cannot answer the question.

What lands in the data drop

Classified point cloud — LAS / LAZ Digital surface model — DSM Orthomosaic — Ortho GeoTIFF Textured 3D mesh — 3D mesh CAD linework — CAD DWG Volumetric computation — Volumes Signed accuracy report — QA report

Control scheme applied

PPK trajectory tied to a distributed target network at roughly one mark per 15 ha, with 30% held back as blind checks. Our default for design-grade deliverables.

Scheme C-3 · horizontal 1.2 cm · vertical 2.0 cm · 1 mark / 15 ha
